In order to discourage people from using the product license and instantly demanding a refund, AB Bulk Mailer is not refundable after full version is activated. Customers should contact us before purchasing downloadable software if there are any questions regarding software or download trial version from download setup for testing purposes.
If the software AB Bulk Mailer does not run on the machine of the target user, the re-funds can be done in exceptional cases. However such refunds cannot be processed after a week's time of purchase. The company shall not accept charge backs which are based on false claims.
Other terms and conditions are below:-
1. Updates shall be free for one year after purchase but company shall not guarantee lifetime updates due to policy changes.
2. Misuse of the license shall involve instant disabling of license.
3. Trying to put pressure on the technical teams will involve legal action against license purchaser.
4. Any dispute arising shall be done strictly handed in Srinagar Kashmir based courts. However before any such dispute, the company would get at least a few chances to resolve it on mutual consent.
